1. Stable transmission structure and low power loss

The gearbox body is integrated for transmission, and the power is transmitted directly from the gearbox to the two side cutter shafts. The transmission clearance is small and the power transmission efficiency is high. Compared with the split half shaft model, it is fuel-efficient and has lower power loss.

2. The whole machine has strong rigidity, load resistance and durability

The integrated structure of the shaft and the frame has good overall integrity, making it difficult to deform and bend the blade shaft during deep plowing, hard ground, and large-scale straw operations; The impact resistance of heavy-duty land reclamation and soil adhesion operations is better than that of segmented rotary tillers, with a lower failure rate.

3. The broken soil in the field is evenly distributed, and the soil preparation effect is good

The blade shaft rotates coaxially and synchronously throughout the entire process, with the left and right blade rollers rotating at the same speed without any speed difference. The depth of the field is uniform, the fineness of the broken soil is even, and there are no missed plowing, ridges, or unevenness, meeting the high standard requirements for sowing and land preparation.

4. Easy maintenance and low failure rate

There are fewer intermediate connectors, reducing the use of vulnerable parts such as spline sleeves, coupling discs, and seals. Daily maintenance only requires adding gear oil, reducing oil seal leakage and connector breakage issues. Long term use and maintenance costs are lower.

5. Wide adaptability and multiple operating conditions
