According to drawing specifications, the base housing adopts brown PPA plus 30 percent glass fiber material that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, while internal elastic contacts are made of C2680 brass with 0.20mm thickness, supporting tin plating, gold flash and multi-thickness gold plating surface treatment options. Its electrical performance includes maximum 30 milliohms contact resistance, minimum 1000 megaohms insulation resistance and 500V AC one-second dielectric withstand voltage, operating steadily within the temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. This special boss-free structural design reduces PCB space occupation and simplifies compact equipment layout, with standardized PCB layout dimensions controlled under tiny unified tolerances to match automated SMD reflow soldering.
