General Overview
These are 3/2 way push-button pneumatic directional control valves, widely used on oil drilling rigs, geological exploration rigs, construction machinery and heavy-duty equipment for pneumatic remote start/stop control, standard OEM parts for domestic petroleum machinery equipment.
Port configuration: P (Inlet), A (Outlet), O (Exhaust), all with G1/4" (BSPP parallel thread) female ports; nominal bore DN8, one-piece die-cast aluminum valve body.

- 23: 3/2 way valve (2 positions, 3 ports: P supply, A working output, O exhaust)

1. 23R1-L8-F (QY429) Spring Automatic Reset Type
Working principle: Normally closed in idle status
At rest: Port P blocked, Port A connected to exhaust port O.
When pressed: Air circuit P→A opens for air supply; releases instantly with spring rebound once hand is released, circuit cuts off and resets automatically.
Alias: Momentary push button valve, snap-action push button valve

2. 23R1-L8-D (QY430) Latching Position Type
Working principle: Push to lock, push again to release (toggle latching design)
1st press: Spool locked mechanically to maintain continuous P→A air supply, no rebound after releasing hand.
2nd press again: Unlock mechanism triggers, spool resets; P port shuts off, A port vents to O exhaust.
Alias: Latching push button valve, maintained-action push button valve

Selection & Application Difference
1. QY429 (F Resetting): For momentary control (temporary air blow, instant trigger, jog start/stop), e.g. drilling rig temporary air make-up, quick pneumatic unlocking.
2. QY430 (D Latching): For long-duration constant air supply (permanent ON air feed, prolonged locked pneumatic mechanism), one-touch switching between ON/OFF states.
3. Full mechanical interchangeability: Identical mounting holes, thread size and overall outline for both models, direct field replacement without pipe modification.
