Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 vertical Type Q press fit connector with 64 positions is a standard industrial-grade interconnection plug designed for stable signal and low-power circuit connection. According to the official engineering drawing, this product supports 32 pin and 64 pin specifications with 2.54mm standard pitch. Its insulator is made of PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber which meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. The contact parts adopt brass base material with optional surface treatment including gold flash and various thickness gold or tin over nickel plating. Electrical specifications include 2.0 Amp rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20 milliohms contact resistance. It can withstand 1000V AC voltage for one minute and keeps stable performance within the temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Three types of termination structures are available including straight solder tail and two lengths of press fit pins, with controlled insertion force and withdrawal force to guarantee long-term reliable mating.
