2.00mm Female Header Dual Row Straight Type

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHDS07 series 2.00mm pitch dual row straight female header is a standard through-hole PCB interconnection component for signal and low-current power transmission, supporting contact counts ranging from 02 pins up to 80 pins. According to engineering drawing specifications, this connector is divided into Type 1 without anti-reverse bump and Type 2 with positioning bump to prevent wrong insertion during mating. The insulator can be selected from PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T materials, with standard black PA6T reaching UL94V-0 flame retardant grade. Brass contacts are available with gold flash, multiple thickness selective gold plating and tin plating options to satisfy anti-oxidation and conductive requirements. Its electrical parameters include 1.5A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20MΩ contact resistance, passing 500V AC dielectric withstand test and operating reliably in an ultra-wide temperature range from -65°C to +125°C. Two fixed plastic heights of 4.3mm and 4.5mm are provided to match different PCB stacking spaces, and all PCB layout dimensions are strictly controlled within unified tiny tolerances for stable wave soldering. This dual row straight female header offers rich packaging options including tray, bag, tube, tube with cap, tape reel and tape reel with cap to adapt to manual assembly and fully automatic DIP production lines. Operators insert straight pin tails into reserved holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout diagram and finish wave soldering, then mate the socket with matched dual row male pin headers to form complete circuit connection. It is widely applied in industrial control modules, communication signal circuit boards, digital display devices, smart household appliances, automotive auxiliary electronics, portable storage equipment and precision measuring instruments. During processing and application, users must reasonably control soldering temperature to avoid insulator thermal deformation, make good use of the anti-reverse bump structure to prevent reverse plugging, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to protect brass terminals from oxidation.
