Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHDR05 series 2.00mm pitch dual row right angle female header is a right angle through-hole interconnection component for PCB signal and low-power circuit connection, supporting contact quantities from 02 pins up to 80 pins. According to drawing specifications, this angled socket features fixed plastic height of 6.35mm with 2.0mm standard pitch, and the insulator provides optional materials including PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T, with standard black PA6T complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant requirement. Brass contact terminals support gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and pure tin plating to meet different anti-oxidation and conductive demands. Its electrical indicators contain 1.5A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, enduring 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage and operating stably within ultra wide temperature from -65°C to +125°C. The right angle bent pin design saves vertical assembly space for compact electronic equipment, and all PCB layout dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled to fit standard through-hole wave soldering. This dual row right angle female header is equipped with multiple packaging solutions such as tray, bag, tube, tube with cap, tape reel and tape reel with cap to satisfy manual assembly and fully automatic DIP production lines. Operators insert the bent right angle pins into reserved holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and complete wave soldering, then mate the female header with matched dual row straight male pin headers to build complete signal and power transmission circuits.
