Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW3961RP series 3.96mm pitch 90 degree right angle wafer connector is a professional wire to board interconnection component used for power and signal transmission between wiring harnesses and circuit boards, supporting pin quantities ranging from 2 pins up to 15 pins. In accordance with the engineering drawing specifications, this right angle wafer header adopts 3.96mm fixed pitch, the insulating housing is molded from flame retardant Nylon material that meets UL94V-0 safety standard, and internal conductive terminals are made of high elasticity phosphor bronze to guarantee stable clamping force during long-term mating. Its electrical parameters include 250V AC DC rated voltage and 5.0A rated current, minimum 1000 megaohms insulation resistance and maximum 0.02 ohm contact resistance, which can withstand 1500V AC voltage for one minute. The product can work reliably within the temperature range from minus 25 degrees Celsius to plus 85 degrees Celsius. The 90 degree bent pin structure effectively saves vertical installation space inside compact equipment, and all PCB layout dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled to adapt to standard through hole wave soldering processes. Operators insert the bent right angle pins into reserved holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and complete wave soldering fixation, then crip wires into the matched female housing and lock the housing onto this wafer header to form a complete wire board connection circuit. It is widely applied in industrial control modules, household appliance control panels, small motor drive units, power supply modules, digital display devices and general testing instruments. During soldering and application, users must strictly control soldering temperature to prevent nylon housing thermal deformation, avoid excessive pulling force on connected wires to prevent terminal loosening and pin fracture, and store unused connectors in dry sealed environment to avoid phosphor bronze terminals from oxidation and discoloration.
