Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 vertical 1/3Q compliant press fit plug connector with 20 positions is a standard industrial backplane interconnection component designed for stable signal and low power circuit connection between circuit boards. Per the official engineering drawing, this connector adopts 2.54mm standard pitch and supports 10 pin single row and 20 pin dual row layout schemes. The insulator is manufactured from PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant specification. Brass pins are available with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating options to enhance corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. Its electrical indicators include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of withstanding 1000V AC voltage for one minute and operating reliably from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Three types of press fit pin tail lengths are provided to match PCB boards of different thicknesses, with strictly restricted insertion force and minimum withdrawal force for each single contact to guarantee long-term stable mating performance. Our complete production process covers independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high speed punching equipment and Japanese injection molding machines keep all dimensional tolerances within tight limits to fit standardized PCB press fit installation.

 

This vertical press fit DIN plug does not require soldering during assembly. Operators align the press fit pins with prefabricated holes on the printed circuit board following the official PCB layout drawing and apply uniform vertical pressure to press the terminals into PCB holes to complete permanent circuit connection, then mate the plug with matching DIN41612 female socket to realize closed-loop signal transmission. It is widely applied in industrial control rack backplanes, communication cabinet module boards, automated testing equipment, embedded industrial computers, network switching devices and precision measuring instruments. During installation, users must avoid excessive pressing force to prevent PCB pad tearing and insulator cracking. Do not repeatedly plug and unplug the connector to avoid terminal elastic fatigue. Unused products need to be stored in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass pins from oxidation and rust. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management certifications.
