The QS Series Automatic Bottle Rinsing Machine is categorized as other packaging processing equipment and general packaging processing devices. As reliable industrial packaging auxiliary machines and critical packaging production line supporting equipment, it is a high-automation multi-functional packaging processing machinery specially designed for container cleaning in automated packaging lines. It is widely used for air and water cleaning of plastic bottles and glass bottles, effectively removing internal impurities and residual contaminants to ensure clean and hygienic packaging containers, perfectly matching the front-end cleaning procedure of beverage, food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical packaging production lines.
This bottle rinsing machine adopts advanced air conveyor bottle transmission technology to realize fully automatic unmanned bottle rinsing operations. The complete working process includes automatic air feeding, star wheel bottle infeed, mechanical bottle clamping, 180° bottle inversion, precision water and air rinsing, and automatic bottle discharging, achieving a high level of automation and greatly saving manual labor costs. The equipment is equipped with high-quality stainless steel bottle grippers and stable air bottle feeding structure, featuring simple operation, smooth running status and long-term operational stability.
The whole machine is fabricated with high-strength stainless steel plates and processed by precise argon arc welding technology. The overall structure is firm with minimal deformation and neat welding seams, delivering excellent wear resistance, stable mechanical operation and ultra-low failure rate, which supports long-term continuous industrial production.
The equipment adopts standard air-conveyed bottle feeding mode. Operators only need to place empty bottles on the air conveyor line, and the bottles will be automatically and stably transported to the rinsing machine by airflow. The rotary turntable is equipped with precision bottle grippers, which firmly clamp the bottle necks and rotate 180° along the fixed guide rail to invert the bottles with bottle openings facing downward for thorough internal cleaning.
After starting the air compressor and air intake valves, professional precision nozzles in the designated working area spray purified sterile water and clean compressed air to flush and purge the inner bottle walls. The machine adopts a dual cleaning process of purified water rinsing plus clean air purging: sterile water completes deep decontamination rinsing, while high-pressure clean air thoroughly blows away residual liquid inside the bottles, leaving only a minimal amount of residual moisture.
With the continuous operation of the rinsing track, the bottle grippers automatically rotate another 180° to restore the bottles to an upright state. The fully cleaned bottles are stably sent out through the discharge star wheel and directly conveyed to the subsequent filling and sealing procedures, realizing seamless connection of the entire packaging production line.
