Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 Q type inverted vertical plug connector with 48 positions is a standard industrial backplane connector dedicated to stable signal and low-current power interconnection between rack-mounted circuit boards. Following official drawing specifications, this product adopts 2.54mm standard pitch, and supports multiple contact arrangements including 12pin single row, 24pin single row, 24pin double row and 48pin double row layouts. The insulator is injection molded by PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber which meets UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Brass pins are provided with gold flash, graded selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating options to strengthen anti-corrosion performance and long-term conductive stability. Its electrical parameters contain 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of enduring 1000V AC withstand voltage for one minute and operating continuously from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. A variety of straight and crimped pin tail lengths are available to fit PCB boards with different thickness, with standardized maximum insertion force and minimum single contact withdrawal force to avoid loose connection after long-term plugging. Our complete production procedure includes independent precision mold research and development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automated assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching equipment and Japanese precision injection molding machines control all outline and PCB layout dimensions within strict tolerance ranges to match standard through-hole soldering processes.

 

This vertical inverted DIN plug is installed by inserting straight solder pins into prefabricated holes on printed circuit boards according to the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation, then mating the plug with matched DIN41612 female socket to build closed-loop data and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication switch equipment, automatic test instruments, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition modules and precision measurement devices. During installation and application, users need to avoid excessive soldering heat to prevent plastic insulator deformation, prohibit frequent repeated plug and unplug to prevent terminal elastic fatigue, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to prevent brass terminals from oxidation and rust.
