Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 Half Q compliant vertical press fit plug connector with 32 positions is a professional industrial backplane interconnection component designed for signal and low-power circuit connection between rack-mounted printed circuit boards. Following the official engineering drawing, this connector adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and supports 16-pin single row and 32-pin double row two layout options. The insulating housing is injection molded from PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that satisfies UL94V-0 flame retardant requirement. Brass terminals are available with gold flash, multiple thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating options to lower contact resistance and enhance anti-corrosion performance. Its electrical parameters include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of enduring 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operating stably from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Three types of press fit pin tail lengths are provided to match PCB boards of different thicknesses, with restricted overall insertion force and fixed minimum withdrawal force for each single contact to guarantee long-term stable press-in connection. Our complete production workflow covers independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment strictly control all PCB layout dimensional tolerances to fit standardized press fit PCB assembly processes.

 

This vertical press fit DIN plug requires no soldering during installation. Operators align the press fit pins with prefabricated holes on printed circuit boards according to the official PCB layout drawing and apply even vertical pressure to press terminals into PCB holes to complete permanent circuit connection, then mate the plug with matched DIN41612 female socket to realize closed-loop signal transmission. It is widely applied in industrial control rack backplanes, communication cabinet module circuit boards, automated testing equipment, embedded industrial computers, network switching devices and precision measuring instruments. During installation, users must avoid excessive pressing force to prevent PCB pad tearing and insulator cracking. Repeated plugging and unplugging shall be prohibited to avoid terminal elastic fatigue. Unused connectors need to be stored in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass pins from oxidation and rust.
