1. Product Introduction

OMH500 and OMH750 are large-displacement low-speed high-torque Hydraulic orbit motor, which belong to shaft-distributed internal cycloid type hydraulic motor. They serve as essential actuators for diverse traveling and slewing hydraulic system. With displacements of 500cc/rev and 750cc/rev respectively, they feature compact structure and strong impact resistance, widely used in agricultural machinery, road sweepers, winch assemblies and small crawler chassis to construct complete driving hydraulic system.

2. Working Principle

This series Hydraulic orbit motor adopts internal meshing cycloid planetary transmission, integrating distribution shaft, cycloid rotor, stator housing and output shaft. High-pressure hydraulic oil from the hydraulic system drives the rotor to rotate in planetary motion, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy of the output shaft. The built-in distribution structure automatically switches oil inlet and return circuits to simplify the whole hydraulic system piping layout. As a positive-displacement hydraulic motor, it delivers steady torque at ultra-low rotating speed.
