1. Product Introduction

3-layer concrete casting plywood is a high-performance formwork specially designed for concrete pouring projects. Adopting a three-layer symmetrical cross-glued structure with pine and spruce wood veneers, combined with high-temperature high-pressure phenolic resin glue and double-sided waterproof film, it features high rigidity, low deformation, easy demolding and reusable performance. Ideal for high-standard construction projects such as high-rise buildings, factories, bridges and hydraulic engineering.

Stable 3-Layer Symmetrical Structure

The symmetrical cross-laminated design balances internal stress effectively, effectively avoiding warping, bulging and cracking under pressure or humid conditions. It provides ultra-flat concrete surface without secondary plastering, greatly reducing rework.
