Q-Type Inverted 44Pin DIN Vertical Plug

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMS series DIN41612 Q type inverted vertical plug connector with 44 positions is a standard industrial backplane connector dedicated to stable signal and low power transmission between rack PCB modules. Per engineering drawing standards, this connector adopts 2.54mm fixed pitch, supporting 22pin single row and 44pin double row two layout modes. The insulating shell is injection molded from PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that complies with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Brass contact pins provide gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating options to reduce contact resistance and improve anti-oxidation ability. Its electrical parameters include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, enduring 1000V AC withstand voltage for one minute and operating steadily from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Multiple straight and wrap solder tail lengths are optional to match PCBs of different thicknesses, with limited total insertion force and specified minimum withdrawal force for each single contact to prevent loose connection after long-term mating. Our complete production workflow covers independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment strictly control all PCB layout dimensional tolerances to fit standard through-hole wave soldering processes.

 

This inverted vertical DIN plug is installed by inserting straight or wrapped solder tails into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation, then mating the plug with matched DIN41612 female socket to build closed-loop signal and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication cabinet module boards, automated testing equipment, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition modules and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and application, users must control soldering temperature reasonably to avoid plastic insulator thermal deformation, prohibit frequent repeated plugging to prevent terminal elastic fatigue, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid brass pins from oxidation and rust.
