1、Product Description

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DFS series DIN41612 Type B vertical female connector with maximum 44 positions is a standardized industrial backplane receptacle designed to mate with matching DIN41612 male plugs to realize stable signal and low-current power transmission between rack-mounted printed circuit boards. In strict accordance with engineering drawing specifications, this connector adopts 2.54mm fixed pitch, supporting 22-pin single row and 44-pin double row two mainstream layout modes, and it provides two structural options including locking fork version and non-fork version to prevent accidental loosening during long-term equipment operation. The insulating body is injection molded from PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Elastic brass contact terminals support gold flash, multi-thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating surface treatments to lower contact resistance and strengthen anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish performance. Its electrical specifications include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of withstanding 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and maintaining steady working performance within the temperature range from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Multiple lengths of straight and wrap-around solder tails are optional to fit PCB boards with different thickness, with total insertion force limited and fixed minimum withdrawal force for each individual contact to guarantee durable and tight mating. Our complete production process consists of independent precision mold research and development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and fully automatic assembly. This vertical female DIN connector is installed by inserting straight solder pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation, then inserting the matched DIN41612 male plug into the female receptacle to form a complete inter-board power and signal closed-loop connection. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication equipment rack modules, automatic testing instruments, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition modules and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must strictly control heating temperature to avoid thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, avoid violent forced plugging to prevent permanent elastic fatigue and deformation of brass contacts, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to stop brass terminals from oxidation and rusting.
