The entire machine frame is made by a single welding process of thickened high manganese steel. The inner wall of the material storage bin is lined with imported high-strength wear-resistant lining plates. The cutting blades are forged from H13 alloy steel, which can cut thick steel plates, steel bar blocks, and heavy aluminum-copper waste materials without wearing out easily. The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent circulating cooling oil circuit. It can operate continuously for 24 hours without overheating, and there are no faults due to temperature rise. The automatic centralized lubrication system reduces the frequency of manual maintenance. The replacement process of wear-prone parts is simple. The long-term operation cost and maintenance expense are much lower than those of the gantry shear of the same tonnage， and it is suitable for the pre-treatment production line of large steel mills.
