Hydraulic Solenoid Valve YSVB-1-24 Specification

1. Product Overview

YSVB-1-24 is a compact plate-mounted hydraulic solenoid valve with DC24V coil. It serves as an electric control component in the whole hydraulic system, controlling oil circuit on-off and direction change to actuate supporting hydraulic motor and small hydraulic cylinders. It is widely applied in auxiliary hydraulic circuits of construction machinery, agricultural equipment and mini hydraulic power units.

Coil voltage: DC24V, nominal diameter:6mm, rated flow:15-25L/min, working pressure:7MPa (max 10MPa), plate mounting, spring return structure, compatible with standard anti-wear hydraulic oil.

3. Working Principle & Features

When de-energized, the spring resets the spool to cut off the hydraulic circuit and lock the hydraulic motor; once powered on, the electromagnet pushes the spool to open oil passages for power output. Featuring small footprint, stable DC operation and low internal leakage, it can be stacked on valve manifolds to simplify layout of the hydraulic system.

4. Application

Mainly used for controlling sweep brush hydraulic motor of sanitation trucks, outrigger cylinders of engineering machinery, lifting platforms and light-duty machine hydraulic system. Replace the valve assembly if stuck spool, oil leakage or burnt coil occurs.
