3. Structure & Working Principle
The valve body houses two independent check poppets and an integral linked control push rod, connected to the V1 and V2 bidirectional oil lines of the overall hydraulic system and matched with double-acting cylinders or bi-directional hydraulic motor:
1. Neutral Shutdown of Main Directional Valve: Springs compress both poppets to fully seal the oil passages. Hydraulic fluid cannot recirculate, locking the hydraulic motor stationary and positioning the cylinder rigidly. Even if external pipelines rupture, the load will not drop due to pressure loss.
2. Forward Oil Supply via Port V1: High-pressure fluid pries open the left check valve to feed the actuator, while pushing the internal linked push rod to displace and pre-unlock the right check valve for smooth oil return, driving forward rotation of the hydraulic motor or cylinder extension.
3. Reverse Oil Supply via Port V2: The operation repeats in reverse; the push rod shifts oppositely to unlock the left check valve and enable reverse actuator movement.
4. Once oil supply is cut off, the push rod resets automatically, and both poppets rebound immediately to seal the circuit and lock the load in place instantly.
