Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMR series DIN41612 Type E right angle solder plug with 160 positions is a high-density industrial backplane connector built for stable multi-channel signal and low-power power transmission between rack-mounted PCB modules. In accordance with official engineering drawing standards, this connector adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and adopts five-row contact layout to realize 160 pin high-density wiring integration. The insulating housing is injection molded by PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that complies with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Brass contact terminals support gold flash, multiple thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and strengthen long-term anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish performance. Its electrical parameters include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate steadily within the temperature range from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. It is equipped with fixed 2.8mm right angle solder tail length, with overall insertion force limited and fixed minimum withdrawal force for each single contact to prevent loose separation during long-term vibration working environment. This right angle DIN plug is installed by inserting right angle solder pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and completing wave soldering fixation, then mating the plug with matched DIN41612 female receptacle to form closed-loop multi-group signal and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in large industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication mainframe rack modules, automated comprehensive testing equipment, embedded industrial computer systems, signal centralized acquisition equipment and high-precision measuring instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must reasonably control soldering heating temperature to avoid thermal deformation and cracking of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced frequent plugging and unplugging to prevent elastic fatigue and permanent deformation of brass contacts, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and rust of internal terminals.
