Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DFS series DIN41612 Type C vertical press-fit female connector with 128 positions is a high-density industrial backplane receptacle designed for reliable multi-channel signal and low-current power interconnection between rack-mounted circuit boards. Following official drawing standards, this connector adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and five-row contact arrangement to achieve 128-point concentrated wiring integration. The insulator is injection molded with 30 percent glass fiber filled PBT material meeting UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Phosphor bronze contact pieces support gold flash, graded selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating surface treatments to cut contact resistance and enhance long-term anti-tarnish and anti-corrosion performance. Its electrical specifications include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of enduring 1000V AC voltage for one minute and operating stably between minus 55°C and plus 105°C. Three kinds of press-fit pin lengths are optional to fit PCB boards of diverse thickness, with total insertion force limited and fixed minimum withdrawal force for each single contact to avoid loose connection under long-term vibration. Our complete production flow covers independent precision mold development, high-speed phosphor bronze terminal stamping, high-temperature plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese injection molding equipment strictly control PCB layout dimensional tolerances to match standard press-fit PCB assembly techniques without soldering.

 

This vertical press-fit DIN female connector needs no soldering during installation. Users align the press-fit pins with prefabricated holes on printed circuit boards per the official PCB layout drawing and apply even vertical pressure to press pins into PCB holes to finish permanent board mounting, then mate this receptacle with matched DIN41612 male plug to build closed-loop signal and power transmission circuits. It is widely used in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication rack module boards, automatic test systems, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition units and precision measuring instruments. During installation and use, excessive pressing force shall be avoided to prevent PCB pad damage and insulator cracking. Frequent repeated mating is forbidden to prevent elastic fatigue of phosphor bronze contacts. Unused connectors must be stored in dry sealed packages to stop terminal oxidation. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most item specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management certifications.
