Agitation System

For difficult mixing applications, agitator diameter, speed, shaft length and motor power can be engineered according to the actual viscosity and mixing objective.

Corrosion-Resistant Options

When the reaction medium is highly corrosive, conventional stainless steel may not be sufficient.

For high-temperature and aggressive applications, Titanium High Temperature Agitator vessels can be considered where titanium compatibility is required.

For chloride-containing media, Hastelloy Chloride Resistant Agitator vessels can provide an alternative material solution.

For pressurized corrosive mixing applications, Anti-corrosion Mixing Pressure Tanks can also be evaluated.

Material selection should always be based on actual chemical composition, concentration, temperature and pressure.
