Weld Seam Polishing of Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel in Workshop is an essential post-welding finishing procedure to achieve smooth surface quality for stainless steel pressure vessels. Operators stand on the Height Adjustable Working Platform to safely reach weld seams on large vessel bodies and nozzles. Rough removal of welding slag and spatter is first completed by the Weld Seam Cleaning Machine. Afterwards, fine surface finishing is implemented with the Pneumatic Grinding Tool to eliminate weld irregularities and surface oxidation layers. Uniform polished surfaces not only improve corrosion resistance of stainless steel equipment, but also facilitate subsequent non-destructive testing. All processing follows strict quality standards to meet ASME, PED and other international specifications for pressure vessel delivery.
