Cylinder blanks are processed on the Heavy-duty Lathe to achieve accurate end flatness and dimensional tolerance before assembly. Workpieces are securely clamped and rotated by the Rotary Welding Positioner, enabling flat welding posture for operators. Cooperated with the Circumferential Welding Manipulator, continuous automatic girth welding can be carried out to obtain uniform, defect-free weld seams. This integrated processing solution effectively controls welding deformation and meets strict manufacturing requirements of ASME, PED and GB standards for various large pressure vessels and heat exchanger shells.
