Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DFS series DIN41612 Half C compliant vertical press-fit female connector with 48 positions is a standard industrial backplane receptacle engineered for steady signal and low-current power transmission between rack-mounted PCB modules. In strict accordance with engineering drawing standards, this connector adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and supports 16pin, 24pin, 32pin and 48pin multiple layout options with three-row contact arrangement. The insulating body is injection molded with 30 percent glass fiber filled PBT material that conforms to UL94V-0 flame retardant certification. Brass contact terminals are available with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and improve anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish capability. Its electrical parameters include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate reliably from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Three optional press-fit pin tail lengths are provided to fit PCBs of different thicknesses, with overall insertion force restricted and fixed minimum withdrawal force per single contact to prevent loose connection under long-term vibration. Our full production process includes independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment strictly control all PCB layout dimensional tolerances to perfectly match standard solder-free press-fit PCB assembly procedures.

 

This vertical press-fit DIN female connector requires no soldering during installation. Users align the press-fit pins with prefabricated holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and apply even vertical pressure to press terminals into PCB holes to complete permanent board mounting, then mate the receptacle with matched DIN41612 male plug to build closed-loop signal and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinet backplanes, communication equipment rack modules, automated testing equipment, embedded industrial computers, signal acquisition modules and precision measuring instruments. During installation and application, users must avoid excessive pressing force to prevent PCB pad damage and insulator cracking, prohibit frequent repeated plugging to avoid terminal elastic fatigue, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to prevent brass terminals from oxidation and rust.
