Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHFS01 series 3.96mm pitch single row straight female header with 8.9mm plastic height is a heavy-current through-hole board-to-board receptacle designed for stable power delivery and signal transmission between printed circuit boards. In strict accordance with official engineering drawing standards, this connector supports contact quantities ranging from 1 pin up to 40 pins under fixed 3.96mm pitch. The insulating base can be customized with PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T multiple high temperature resistant materials besides standard PB6T material, all complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant safety standard. Elastic brass contact terminals are equipped with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and pure tin plating surface options to minimize contact resistance and greatly boost anti-oxidation and soldering durability. Its electrical performance includes 7.0A high rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate continuously within the wide temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensional parameters are precisely controlled within tolerance limits to perfectly match standard through-hole wave soldering manufacturing techniques. This single row straight female header is installed by inserting vertical through-hole pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and completing wave soldering fixation, then inserting matched male pin headers into the female receptacle to form closed-loop power and signal transmission circuits between circuit boards. It is widely applied in industrial control power boards, power supply module circuits, household appliance main control panels, new energy equipment control units, automotive electronic power distribution modules and precision testing instrument power interfaces. During soldering and daily application, users must reasonably control soldering heating temperature to avoid thermal deformation and melting damage of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced violent plugging and unplugging to prevent permanent elastic deformation and fatigue of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and discoloration of internal metal terminals.
