1、Product Description

Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHOM12 series 1.27mm pitch dual row SMT pin header is a compact surface mount board-to-board connector designed for miniature signal transmission between densely arranged printed circuit boards. Produced strictly following official engineering drawing standards, this header supports contact counts from 2 pins up to 100 pins with fixed 1.27mm row spacing. Two structural versions are available including Type A without locating pegs and Type B with positioning pegs to avoid positional deviation during SMT reflow soldering, and a protective cap is equipped to prevent pins from dust contamination and physical impact damage. The insulator can be customized with PA6T, LCP and PA9T high temperature resistant materials that all conform to UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Square brass pins are provided with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin plating surface treatments to lower contact resistance and improve oxidation resistance and soldering stability. Its electrical indicators include 1A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC voltage for one minute and operate reliably within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. Five optional pin length specifications and two plastic height options are reserved to match PCB boards of different thickness and assembly space. Our complete production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic pin assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment strictly control PCB layout dimensional tolerances to fully adapt to automatic SMT mounting processes.

 

This dual row SMT pin header is placed on designated PCB bonding pads according to the official PCB layout drawing and fixed through reflow soldering. After soldering is finished, it mates with matching female header sockets to build stable signal connection circuits between stacked PCBs. It is widely applied in mini LCD display modules, wearable smart devices, digital camera internal circuits, portable storage equipment, automotive miniature electronic sensors and tiny precision testing instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must abide by standard reflow temperature curves to prevent thermal melting and deformation of the plastic insulator, forbid forced misalignment mating to avoid pin bending and terminal elastic fatigue, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to prevent brass pins from rust and discoloration. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most product items obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management certifications. Multiple packaging solutions including tray, bag, tube and tape and reel with or without caps are supplied to fit manual assembly and fully automatic SMT feeding production lines.
