Milled Ferrosilicon

Overview

Milled Ferrosilicon 15 Powder is mainly used in dense medium separation (DMS). With about 15% silicon, milled Fesi15 provides the density needed to separate materials by their weight while offering good resistance to oxidation during repeated use.

Customized particle and mesh sizes (270D, 150D, 100D and 65D) are available for specific operating conditions.

Application --- DMS

When mixed with water, Milled FeSi15 Powder forms a stable dense medium. During the separation process, heavier materials sink while lighter materials float, helping improve separation accuracy and recovery efficiency. After use, the powder can be collected by magnetic separators and reused many times, making it an economical choice.

It helps washing plants efficiently sort valuable ores, diamonds, or clean coal from stones.

• Safe Export Packaging: 1003 kg double-layer jumbo bags (with inner plastic film) or 250 kg steel drums. Customized packaging available upon request.
