Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHDS02 series 2.0mm pitch single row straight through-hole female header is a basic board-to-board receptacle designed for stable signal and low-power electrical interconnection between printed circuit boards and matching pin headers. Produced strictly in accordance with official engineering drawing standards, this connector supports contact quantities ranging from 1 pin up to 40 pins under fixed 2.0mm centerline pitch. The insulating body can be customized with PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T high temperature resistant flame retardant materials which all comply with UL94V-0 fire resistance certification. Elastic brass contact terminals are available with gold flash, multiple thickness selective gold plating and pure tin plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and strengthen long-term anti-tarnish and anti-corrosion performance. Its electrical specifications include 1.5A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate reliably within the wide temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. The fixed plastic height is set to 4.3mm with unified pin tail dimension, and all PCB layout dimensions are precisely controlled within tolerance ranges to perfectly adapt to standard through-hole wave soldering production processes. Our complete standardized production workflow includes independent precision mold research and development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment effectively control dimensional deviation during mass production to guarantee consistent product accuracy.

 

This single row straight female header is installed by inserting vertical through-hole solder pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and completing wave soldering fixation. After soldering is finished, it mates with matched straight male pin headers to form closed-loop signal and power transmission circuits between different PCB modules. It is widely applied in industrial control mainboards, communication signal adapter boards, liquid crystal display drive circuits, smart home control panels, portable data storage devices, automotive electronic control units and precision testing instrument internal wiring. During soldering and daily application, users must reasonably adjust soldering heating temperature to avoid thermal deformation and cracking of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced repeated plugging and unplugging to prevent permanent elastic fatigue and deformation of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and rust of internal metal terminals. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental protection directives, most product specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications.
