Lubrication Gear Oil Pump CBRHA Full Product Introduction
1. Basic Product Overview
The CBRHA lubrication gear pump is a low-pressure precision gear-type oil supply unit specially developed for centralized lubrication of heavy-duty mechanical assemblies. Differentiated from high-pressure main Hydraulic gear pump used for power drive, this model focuses on continuous thin-oil conveying to lubricate bearings, gear meshing pairs, sliding friction pairs and reducer internal components. It is commonly installed as an auxiliary power accessory inside complete hydraulic system and transmission assemblies of construction machinery, mining equipment and heavy reducers, delivering stable lubricating oil flow to reduce frictional wear, dissipate running heat and extend the service life of core mechanical parts. It shares mature gear engagement manufacturing technology with mainstream hydraulic gear pumps and features high operational stability under low-speed continuous running conditions.

3. Structure & Working Principle
Constructed with a pair of precision external meshing driving and driven gears, pump casing, front/rear end covers and shaft seal assemblies. It is driven synchronously by the main engine or power take-off shaft, operating in coordination with the main Hydraulic gear pump within the whole machine’s hydraulic system:
1. Rotation drives gear tooth cavities to separate on the suction side, forming negative pressure to draw lubricating oil from the oil tank into the pump body.
2. Oil liquid is enclosed in gear tooth grooves and transported circumferentially to the pressure oil outlet.
3. Gear meshing squeezes out oil continuously to form stable low-pressure oil flow, delivered via pipelines to each friction point of reducers, hydraulic motor bearings and gearbox assemblies.
4. Surplus lubricating oil flows back to the oil sump after heat exchange and lubrication to realize closed circulating lubrication.
5. Compared with power-type Hydraulic gear pump, it adopts larger internal clearance to adapt to low-viscosity lubricating oil and long-duration continuous operation without heat buildup.
4. Core Product Advantages
1. Adopts gear processing technology inherited from industrial Hydraulic gear pump, with high concentricity of gear pairs, small flow pulsation and stable oil supply without intermittent oil starvation.
2. Low-pressure dedicated structural design avoids excessive oil pressure breaking thin oil films; uniformly coats friction surfaces with lubricant to prevent dry grinding and scuffing damage.
3. Compact lightweight aluminum alloy pump body occupies minimal installation space, easy to integrate alongside main pumps and valves in compact hydraulic system layouts.
4. Strong oil absorption capacity, suitable for oil sump low-level installation in engineering vehicles and mining machinery, resistant to slight oil contamination.
5. Bidirectional rotation optional for matching diverse engine and reducer rotation directions, wide adaptability to different equipment layouts.
6. Low noise and low power consumption, does not occupy excessive engine power output while running continuously.
5. Typical Application Scenarios
1. Lubrication oil supply for internal gears and bearings of heavy-duty reducers matched with hydraulic motors in complete hydraulic system;
2. Centralized lubrication of transmission boxes, walking gearboxes on loaders, road rollers and mining haulers;
3. Auxiliary oil supply for gear box lubrication of large hydraulic stations equipped with main Hydraulic gear pump;
4. Gearbox circulating lubrication for cement mixers, asphalt pavers and port heavy conveying machinery;
5. Specialized lubrication circuit configuration for marine deck machinery and agricultural heavy gearboxes.
6. Fault Replacement Instructions
Replace the complete CBRHA pump assembly in case of insufficient oil supply pressure, abnormal rattling noise during operation, oil leakage at shaft seal or end cover, and obvious oil starvation at lubrication points. Common failure causes include gear tooth surface wear, shaft seal aging damage and bearing clearance enlargement.
