Lubrication Gear Oil Pump CBRH Full Product Introduction
1. Basic Product Overview
CBRH lubrication gear oil pump is a standard low-pressure external meshing gear pump specially designed for forced circulating lubrication of heavy machinery transmission components. Different from high-pressure Hydraulic gear pump that provides power source for actuators, this pump focuses on stable delivery of lubricating medium to gear meshing surfaces, rolling bearings, sliding bushings and reducer assemblies. It is a standard auxiliary accessory assembled in the whole machine hydraulic system of construction machinery, mining equipment, heavy reducers and hydraulic stations. It adopts the mature gear machining technology of industrial Hydraulic gear pump, featuring simple structure and durable continuous operation, responsible for oil supply lubrication and heat dissipation of each friction pair to reduce mechanical abrasion and prolong equipment service life. It is the basic standard model of CBRH series, while CBRHA is its optimized upgraded version.
Model Interpretation
- CBRH: Series designation for dedicated engineering lubrication gear pump (basic standard version)
No additional upgraded structural modification compared with CBRHA, cost-effective for conventional general lubrication loops, compatible with both lubricating oil and anti-wear hydraulic oil.

3. Structure & Working Principle
The pump consists of a pair of meshing driving and driven gears, pump housing, front and rear end covers and shaft lip seals. It is driven by the engine power take-off or intermediate transmission shaft, operating synchronously with the main Hydraulic gear pump inside the integrated hydraulic system:
1. Gear rotation creates negative pressure at the oil suction side, drawing oil from the oil sump into the pump cavity.
2. Lubricating oil is trapped in gear tooth grooves and conveyed along the inner wall of the pump body to the pressure outlet.
3. Meshing gear teeth squeeze out oil continuously to form steady low-pressure flow, which is piped to lubricate hydraulic motor bearings, reducer gear sets and transmission friction points.
4. After heat dissipation and lubrication, residual oil flows back to the oil tank to complete closed-loop circulation.
5. Compared with power-type Hydraulic gear pump, it adopts enlarged internal fit clearance to adapt to long-time continuous running of thin lubricating oil, effectively avoiding heat accumulation and jamming.
4. Core Product Advantages
1. Adopts the same precision gear grinding process as mainstream Hydraulic gear pump, with high coaxiality of gear pairs, low flow pulsation and stable oil supply without intermittent oil shortage.
2. Standard low-pressure dedicated structure prevents breakdown of lubricating oil film caused by excessive pressure, evenly covering friction surfaces to avoid dry friction and scuffing.
3. Lightweight aluminum alloy pump body saves installation space, easy to arrange alongside main pumps and valve groups in compact hydraulic system layout.
4. Excellent self-priming performance, adaptable to low-level oil sump installation on engineering vehicles and mining machinery, tolerant to minor oil contamination.
5. Fixed standard rotation design matching most host equipment power output, high universality and convenient spare parts replacement.
6. Low running noise and low power consumption, occupying little engine power during long-term uninterrupted operation.
5. Typical Application Scenarios
1. Lubricating oil supply for internal gears and bearings of heavy reducers supporting hydraulic motors in complete machine hydraulic system;
2. Centralized lubrication for walking gearboxes and transmission boxes of loaders, road rollers and mining dump trucks;
3. Auxiliary lubrication circuit configuration for large hydraulic stations equipped with main Hydraulic gear pump;
4. Gearbox circulation lubrication for concrete mixers, asphalt pavers and port bulk conveying machinery;
5. General lubrication matching for marine deck machinery and heavy agricultural gearboxes.
