Gasoline Hydraulic Pump for Crimping Machine

This MARSHINE Crimping Machine Gasoline Hydraulic Pump is best suited for cable crimpers, cutters and busbar processing tools. This gas hydraulic power unit enables to break off mains electricity supply in the remote mountain and rural power transmission building sites. Powered by a reliable four-stroke gasoline engine with no external power cords required, this petrol hydraulic power unit provides two-stage adjustable hydraulic flow for high speed idle retraction and heavy load crimping pressure. Enclosed in a heavy tubular steel shield to protect against impact during inter-site transit, this compact hydraulics power unit is easily transported on flatbed trucks and tower work platforms through built-in hoisting lugs.

This petrol hydraulic power unit contains a 5.5 hp gasoline engine with 15-litre sealed hydraulic oil reservoir which can provide eight hours of working time prolonged by the hot oil.

At low pressure, the operating fluid flows at the rate of six liters per minute to facilitate rapid retraction of the tool piston, while at high pressure, it remains at 0.9 liters per minute to provide a stable force when crimping thick copper cables.

The highest working pressure can reach 700 bar, which fully meets the pressure requirement for most the 100-1000mm² cable crimping heads and the hydraulic cable cutting tools.

The MARSHINE Gasoline Hydraulic Power Unit measures 580mm in length by 360mm in width by 480mm in height and overall weigh of the machine is 48kg, it is so lightweight that it could be moved by two field technicians without any aid equipment.

The gasoline hydraulic pump the crimping machine is used for overhead transmission line cable terminal crimping in the field of grid station construction and maintenance.

It operates hydraulic cable cutting tools to cut thick copper conductors for rural power grid renewal jobs.

This pump provides continuous pressure supply on processing of busbar punching and bending in the building sites of remote substation.

This mini hydraulic power pack operates portable hydraulic stripping and crimping tools at post-storm emergency power line repairs.
