The industrial multi-stage shearing machine adopts a multi-station progressive shearing structure. It can perform progressive and segmented cutting on high-hardness and heavy scrap materials such as thick steel plates, I-beams, rail steel, and heavy machinery waste parts. The materials pass through multiple shearing cuts, gradually thinning and segmenting, to produce regular scrap steel with uniform lengths, without oversized materials. These are directly in line with the furnace feeding standards of steel mills, reducing the time required for melting large pieces of materials in the furnace, enhancing the steelmaking capacity, and is the core equipment for the pre-treatment of heavy scrap at metallurgical steel mills.

The integrated compact multi-stage shearing system integrates the functions of feeding, segmented shearing, and discharging. It does not require multiple single machines to be placed in series, significantly saving the floor space of the factory. The front-end large-opening material box can directly receive entire bundles of waste materials. The segmented cutting process is completed simultaneously. Only one worker is needed to complete the entire process of feeding, shearing, and discharging, reducing the secondary transfer process of materials. It is suitable for small and medium-sized metal recycling processing plants with limited space and moderate budget to quickly start production.
