This hydraulic gantry shearing machine is equipped with an integrated self-locking and sealed door cover. During the shearing operation, the material bin is completely enclosed, preventing steel plate debris from flying and avoiding potential safety hazards on site. The door cover is equipped with a hydraulic opening and closing cylinder, which can be opened and closed automatically with one click, without the need for manual pushing or pulling. The hydraulic station is equipped with an independent air conditioning refrigeration unit. In hot summer days, it continuously removes heat from the oil circuit, eliminating the problem of excessive oil temperature leading to power loss and aging of sealing components. The large-opening material box of the entire machine can directly receive whole bundles of steel bars, thick steel plates, and scrap from decommissioned construction machinery. The multi-stage pre-pressing oil cylinder compresses loose materials, and the single shear of the material block is dense and regular. The entire process is carried out through PLC automatic cyclic operation, supporting 24-hour heavy-load continuous production. The sealed structure also reduces dust pollution in the factory area, complying with local environmental protection control standards for recycled resources. It is the preferred equipment for pre-treatment workshops of large and medium-sized steel mills.
