The Changpu non-woven pet pad machine is a professional automated device dedicated to mass-producing disposable pet pee pads with non-woven fabrics. Integrating ultrasonic lamination, embossing, slitting and cutting in one workflow, it precisely bonds absorbent cores, leak-proof PE films and non-woven top sheets, ensuring strong adhesion, excellent water resistance and no material damage.

Equipped with a PLC control system and variable frequency speed regulation, the machine achieves a high production speed of 50–80 pads per minute, with full automation from raw material feeding to finished product counting. It supports flexible customization of pad sizes (from small for kittens to large for dogs) and thicknesses, adapting to diverse market demands.
