CBGTGC Multi-section External Gear Pump Full Product Introduction
1. Basic Product Overview
The CBGTGC Multi-section External Gear Pump is an integrated multi-combination heavy-duty Hydraulic gear pump assembled by multiple single pump modules sharing one main drive shaft, derived from the mature CBGT high-pressure gear pump platform. Different from single independent Hydraulic gear pump with only one oil delivery circuit, this multi-section structure integrates two or three sets of gear pump units inside one integral pump housing. It can output multiple groups of hydraulic oil with different flow rates and pressures simultaneously to supply separate branches in a complex integrated hydraulic system. It realizes one power input to meet diversified hydraulic demands of actuators, steering loops and pilot control circuits at the same time. Widely matched on large wheel loaders, road rollers, mining auxiliary machinery, heavy agricultural harvesters and customized engineering hydraulic equipment, it serves as a compact centralized power source to simplify overall pipeline layout of machinery.
Model Code Explanation
- CBGT: Base series of heavy-duty high-pressure external meshing gear pump with floating side plate compensation
- GC: Code for multi-section combined integrated structure, supporting dual-section, triple-section and customized multi-section combinations
Each pump section can be configured with different displacements and pressure grades independently, with separate inlet and outlet ports for each branch circuit, free of mutual flow interference.

3. Structure & Working Principle
This combined pump consists of a common main drive shaft, multiple groups of driving/driven gear pairs, segmented pump cavities, floating side plates, heavy-duty bearings and independent high/low pressure oil ports for each section, serving as centralized oil supply core of the whole hydraulic system:
1. External power drives the shared main shaft to rotate synchronously, all built-in gear sets operate simultaneously, each suction cavity forms negative pressure to draw hydraulic oil from the oil tank.
2. Every individual pump section conveys pressurized hydraulic oil to its exclusive branch pipeline of the hydraulic system respectively. High-flow high-pressure sections drive main working hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors, while low-pressure small-displacement sections provide oil for steering assistance, pilot valves and lubrication loops.
3. Each section adopts floating side plate automatic clearance compensation design same as standard single Hydraulic gear pump, offsetting axial wear during operation to reduce internal leakage and maintain stable efficiency of each circuit.
4. Multiple independent hydraulic loops run in parallel without cross-circulation of hydraulic oil, completing different mechanical actions synchronously, and return oil of all circuits converges back to the oil tank to finish circulation.
5. Integrated shared shaft structure reduces extra transmission components, lowering power consumption and mechanical wear compared to installing several separate Hydraulic gear pump units side by side.
4. Core Product Advantages
1. Integrated multi-section design replaces multiple discrete Hydraulic gear pump units, drastically simplifying complicated piping layout of the compound hydraulic system, cutting installation space and assembly workload.
2. Independent customization of pressure and displacement for each pump section achieves reasonable power distribution, matching load requirements of different actuators precisely to avoid idle energy waste.
3. Inherits CBGT series floating side plate compensation and heavy-duty cast iron structure, featuring strong anti-pollution and overload resistance, adapting to dusty construction and mining working conditions.
4. Unified flange mounting interface enables integral replacement without splitting multiple pumps, convenient for equipment overhaul and maintenance, no large-scale reconstruction needed for the original hydraulic system.
5. Synchronous shaft drive ensures consistent operation rhythm of all branches, avoiding asynchronous action jitter of multiple executive components in the hydraulic system.
6. Modular combination supports flexible upgrade from dual-section to triple-section structure, meeting equipment modification and function expansion demands.
5. Typical Application Scenarios
1. Centralized oil supply Hydraulic gear pump for large wheel loaders’ integrated hydraulic system: main section for bucket/boom action, sub-sections for steering and pilot control;
2. Heavy-duty road rollers, pavers multi-circuit hydraulic power assembly for vibration motor, walking drive and auxiliary actuators;
3. Large combine harvesters, forestry machinery with multiple hydraulic functional branches;
4. Custom mining auxiliary equipment and special engineering machinery compound hydraulic system configuration;
5. Equipment retrofitting: replace scattered single pumps to streamline the whole hydraulic pipeline layout.
