The CBVH Triple External Gear Pump is an integrated three-unit combined Hydraulic gear pump with a common driving shaft, developed based on mature high-pressure external meshing gear pump technology. Unlike a standalone single Hydraulic gear pump that only serves one oil circuit, this triple-pump structure incorporates three independent gear pump modules within one unified pump housing. It can deliver hydraulic oil with different flow rates and pressure parameters to three separate branches in an intricate hydraulic system through one power input. It commonly configures one high-pressure large-displacement main pump plus two low-pressure small-displacement auxiliary pumps to respectively power main working actuators, steering loops and pilot control circuits. 3. Structure & Working Principle
 
Composed of a shared main drive shaft, three groups of driving/driven gear pairs, separated pump cavities, floating side plates, heavy-duty bearings and independent high/low-pressure oil ports for each section, this assembly acts as the centralized oil supply core of the complete hydraulic system:
 
1. External power drives the common main shaft to rotate synchronously, all three gear sets run simultaneously, and each suction chamber generates negative pressure to draw hydraulic oil from the reservoir.
2. Each pump section transports pressurized hydraulic oil to its exclusive branch pipeline of the hydraulic system respectively. The high-pressure main pump drives boom, bucket and other main hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors, while the two auxiliary pumps supply oil for hydraulic steering, multi-way valve pilot control and transmission lubrication circuits.
