High Quality PVC Fast Door Parts
Door frame:
Made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or high-quality sprayed galvanized steel plate.
Bottom edge: Safety air bottom can be configured.
Door curtain:
- Made of high-quality high-strength PVC material industrial base fabric and T60 aluminum alloy wind resistant ribs.
- Curtain color is optional, with a transparent window in the middle and a height of 400mm.
- The thickness of the door curtain base fabric is 0.8mm or 1mm, and the PVC coated fabric has double-sided self-cleaning function (can be cleaned with water).
- The surface of the wind resistant rib aluminum profile is treated with oxidation.
- The service life of the door curtain is 8-10 years.
- The tear resistance strength is ≥ 800KN/m.

Speed adjustable, opening speed of 0.6-2.0m/s, closing speed of 0.6-1.0m/s, providing fast isolation.
Motor: Flexible start and stop, optional geomagnetic, radar, infrared, light curtain, etc.
Fire resistance level: B1 level.
The curtain fabric is flame-retardant, self extinguishing upon ignition, and has a B1 level fire resistance.
Wind resistance performance:
Suitable for indoor door opening installation under wind pressure or negative pressure<35kg/m2. Maximum wind resistance capacity of level 10 (referring to instant resistance to level 10 strong winds)
