The CBKP Dual External Gear Pump is a heavy-duty coaxial integrated dual combined Hydraulic gear pump developed for heavy construction machinery, mining equipment and heavy agricultural machinery, Unlike installing two separate standalone Hydraulic gear pump units, it integrates two sets of external meshing gear assemblies inside one liquid-extruded high-strength aluminum alloy housing, sharing a single main drive shaft. With one power input, it delivers two independent hydraulic oil outputs to serve two separate branches of heavy-load hydraulic system, generally configured as large-displacement main pump for working actuators + small-displacement auxiliary pump for hydraulic steering, pilot valve control or transmission lubrication circuits. 3. Structure & Working Principle
 
Consists of shared main drive shaft, two groups of driving/driven gear pairs, segmented independent pump cavities, floating compensation side plates, heavy-duty bearings and separated oil inlet/outlet ports for two sections, acting as centralized dual-circuit power core of the whole hydraulic system:
 
1. External power drives the common main shaft to rotate synchronously, two gear groups operate simultaneously; each suction cavity generates negative pressure to draw hydraulic oil from the shared oil tank.
2. Every pump section conveys pressurized hydraulic oil to its exclusive branch pipeline of the hydraulic system: the large-displacement main pump drives boom, bucket and heavy-load walking hydraulic cylinders/motors; the small-displacement auxiliary pump supplies stable flow for hydraulic steering, multi-way valve pilot control and gearbox lubrication loops.
3. Each pump section adopts the mature floating side plate compensation structure of standard single Hydraulic gear pump, which is pressed against gear end faces by system pressure to offset axial wear clearance in real time, minimizing internal leakage and maintaining long-term stable volumetric efficiency.
4. Two hydraulic branches run in parallel with fully isolated oil passages without oil cross-contamination, enabling synchronous execution of main working and auxiliary actions; all return oil converges back to the oil tank to complete full hydraulic circulation.
