CBGNL Dual External Gear Pump Specification

1. Product Overview

CBGNL is a heavy-duty high-pressure dual combined Hydraulic Gear Pump with cast iron-aluminum hybrid housing, radial balance & low-pulsation runner and floating side plate compensation. It provides independent high-pressure hydraulic power for two branches in heavy-duty hydraulic systems, dedicated to large loaders, pavers, agricultural harvesters and mining equipment.

2. Key Technical Data

Dual sections rated 25MPa, peak 28MPa; speed 800–2500rpm, displacements customizable; composite cast iron-aluminum housing, hardened alloy steel gears, heavy-duty roller bearings, HNBR/FKM optional seals, volumetric efficiency ≥90%.

3. Working Principle & Features

Shared drive shaft drives two CBG-series gear sets to output separate hydraulic oil. Adopts reinforced radial balance heavy-duty structure, outstanding anti-vibration & anti-pollution performance, integral replacement without modifying the original hydraulic system.

4. Application

Dual-circuit power source for medium & heavy construction, agricultural and mining machinery. Replace full assembly for single-circuit pressure loss, cross oil leakage, abnormal running noise or persistent oil leakage faults.
