1. Product Overview

CBNL-F5/F5 is a forklift & light construction machinery dedicated medium-high pressure dual combined Hydraulic Gear Pump with integral aluminum alloy housing, floating side plate compensation and radial balance structure. It provides equal-pressure independent hydraulic power for main working and steering auxiliary branches, widely matched for forklifts, mini loaders and agricultural equipment.

2. Key Technical Data

Dual sections rated 20MPa, peak 25MPa; speed 600–3000rpm, displacements customizable; monolithic aluminum housing, Modulus 5 hardened alloy steel gears, DU self-lubricating bearings, HNBR/FKM optional seals, volumetric efficiency ≥93%.

3. Working Principle & Features

Shared drive shaft drives two F5-series gear sets to output separate hydraulic oil. Adopts low-noise tooth profile and full radial balance design, lightweight & anti-vibration, integral replacement without modifying the original hydraulic system.

4. Application

Dual-circuit power source for forklifts, light construction machinery and farm equipment. Replace full assembly for single-circuit pressure loss, cross oil leakage, abnormal running noise or persistent oil leakage faults.
