1. Product Overview
CBHLD-F5/F5 is a coaxial integrated dual Hydraulic gear pump specially optimized for heavy-load light construction machinery and large-tonnage forklift hydraulic system. It adopts a one-piece composite pump housing structure, built with two sets of independent external meshing gear assemblies and shares one drive shaft. The mark F5/F5 means both front and rear pump sections adopt F5 pressure grade with identical specification, rated pressure 20MPa, matched flange oil ports.
This dual pump outputs two isolated pressure oil circuits at the same time. Normally the large-displacement pump supplies oil for main lifting and tilting actuators, while the small-displacement pump provides stable flow for hydraulic steering, pilot control and lubrication auxiliary loops of the hydraulic system. Compared with two separate single pumps, it simplifies pipeline layout and reduces overall installation space, widely used as OEM and replacement spare parts for forklifts, mini loaders and sanitation vehicles.

3. Working Principle
The power source drives the shared main shaft to rotate synchronously, and two groups of gear pairs rotate simultaneously to form negative pressure in their respective suction chambers, sucking hydraulic oil from the oil tank.
The two pump sections independently deliver pressurized hydraulic oil to two separated branches of the hydraulic system without cross oil leakage. The floating side plate compensation mechanism automatically fits the gear end face by system pressure to offset axial wear clearance, effectively reduce internal leakage, and keep the Hydraulic gear pump maintain high efficiency under long-time continuous operation. The integrated coaxial design cuts extra connecting parts and mechanical friction loss.
