1. Brief Introduction

CBQT-*5/F4 is cross-series tandem hydraulic gear pump with modulus 5 main pump and modulus 4 auxiliary pump, providing two different flow outputs for machinery hydraulic system, widely used for forklifts, sanitation vehicles and agricultural equipment.

2. Key Specifications

Rated pressure 20MPa, peak pressure 25MPa; floating side plate compensation structure, aluminum alloy housing, volumetric efficiency over 91%.

3. Features

Unequal displacement design for main and auxiliary circuit, low noise, anti-pollution, direct OEM replacement part.

4. Application

Mobile machinery hydraulic system main oil supply and pilot steering power unit.

This dual gear pump is extensively applied in the hydraulic system of 3–7 ton forklifts, mini wheel loaders, road sweepers, garbage trucks, harvesters and small hydraulic power stations. The large flow section drives bucket lifting and working arm action, while the small flow section serves hydraulic steering and pilot control system.

6. Common Faults & Replacement Advice

Replace the complete pump assembly when these symptoms appear: insufficient lifting force, heavy steering, obvious internal cross leakage between two pump sections, oil leakage on shaft seal and mating surface, abnormal grinding noise inside pump body.
