1. Product Overview
CBQL-*5/F5 is a tandem unequal displacement dual external gear pump specially designed for mobile machinery hydraulic system. This integrated hydraulic gear pump adopts a combined structure, the front section is customizable 5 series cartridge, and the rear section is F5 pressure grade pump unit, assembled into one compact cast housing with a common input drive shaft.
The large displacement front pump provides high flow for main working circuits such as lifting and tilting actions, while the F5 rear pump supplies stable low-pressure oil flow for steering, pilot control and lubrication auxiliary loops of the hydraulic system. Integrated design replaces two separate single pumps, simplifies pipeline layout, saves installation space, widely used in forklifts, compact loaders, sanitation trucks and agricultural machinery, and can be fully interchanged with original OEM pumps.

3. Working Principle
Driven by the shared input shaft, two groups of external gear pairs rotate synchronously. Negative pressure is formed inside the suction cavity, drawing hydraulic oil from the oil tank. Two independent pump chambers deliver separated pressurized oil to different branches of the hydraulic system without cross internal leakage. The floating side plate automatically compensates the wear clearance on gear end faces under system pressure, reduces internal leakage effectively, and keeps the hydraulic gear pump maintaining high efficiency during long continuous operation.

6. Common Faults & Replacement Suggestion
Replace the whole pump assembly if these problems occur: insufficient lifting force, stiff steering, oil leakage on shaft seal and mating surface, abnormal grinding noise inside pump body, cross leakage between two pump sections.
