CBGTG series is a high-pressure heavy-duty hydraulic gear pump, developed as a core power component for engineering machinery and heavy-duty mobile hydraulic system. The pump adopts high-strength cast iron integrated housing, reinforced gear modulus and thickened side plates, greatly improving pressure resistance and shock resistance. This hydraulic gear pump is designed for continuous high-load operation, widely matched on wheel loaders, excavator auxiliary circuits, sanitation vehicles, agricultural machinery and stationary hydraulic power units. With universal installation dimensions, it can be used as a direct replacement for various OEM original pumps.

3. Working Principle
 
When the input shaft drives the paired gears to rotate, vacuum forms in the suction cavity and draws oil from the hydraulic tank. Meshing gears transport fluid to the pressure outlet and supply pressurized oil to the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate wear clearance on gear faces under system pressure, reducing internal leakage effectively and keeping the hydraulic gear pump stable during long-hour heavy-duty operation.

Replace the whole pump assembly if there is insufficient pressure, slow cylinder action, oil leakage on shaft seal and split surface, abnormal metal grinding noise inside pump housing.
