Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500R series Plug-in Terminal Block Close Right-Angle Pitch 5.0/5.08 is a right angle detachable wiring connector engineered for convenient side wiring and PCB layout optimization. Every production procedure strictly abides by the dimensional tolerances marked on official engineering drawings. Its insulating housing is composed of PA66 material filled with 23 percent glass fiber, compliant with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, which delivers excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance during wave soldering and long time running. Internal conductive terminals are brass components with full tin plating, rated at 300V voltage and 12A current to ensure steady power and signal transmission. This product series supports 2 to 24 poles and two different insertion heights, alongside multiple optional insulator colors to distinguish various circuit loops. Our standardized production flow consists of self-developed mold design, high temperature plastic injection molding, brass terminal precision stamping, anti-oxidation tin electroplating, automated component assembly and finished full dimensional inspection. Advanced Japanese and Taiwanese production machines guarantee uniform pitch size and stable plugging force in mass production, and all raw materials comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards.

 

This right angle plug-in terminal block features easy and intuitive operation steps for wiring assembly. Users fix stripped wire conductors into the female matching socket first, then horizontally plug the right angle male terminal block onto printed circuit boards to form detachable electrical connection circuits.
