1. Product Overview
CBGTC2 is a medium high pressure external meshing hydraulic gear pump developed for mobile equipment and compact hydraulic system. This hydraulic gear pump adopts high-strength cast iron housing and precision machined gear groups with C2 grade specification. It combines compact overall dimensions and reliable pressure performance, perfectly adapting to frequent start-stop and fluctuating load conditions of construction machinery. Widely used as main oil supply and pilot pump for small loaders, sanitation vehicles, agricultural machines, forklifts and hydraulic power units. Standard installation dimensions allow direct interchange with original OEM pumps for easy replacement.

3. Working Principle
Driven by the input shaft, the pair of external gears rotates synchronously. Negative pressure is generated in the suction cavity and draws hydraulic oil from the reservoir. The gear teeth carry oil to the pressure outlet and deliver pressurized fluid to each circuit of the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate the wear clearance on gear end faces under system pressure, reduce internal leakage significantly, and keep the hydraulic gear pump stable and efficient during long continuous operation.
