This Titanium Alloy Corrosion Resistant Reactor is developed for harsh working conditions with strong acid, alkali and aggressive chemical medium.

Apart from titanium alloy version, we also provide classic Stainless Steel Reactor for general chemical processes. Built with jacket structure, it acts as a stable Thermal Jacketed Reactor to realize accurate heating and cooling circulation.

We can customize pressure and sealing structure to turn it into high-performance Hydrothermal Synthesis Reactor, suitable for high-temperature sealed hydrothermal reaction.

With optimized stirring and temperature control system, this reactor can also serve as professional Alkyd resin equipment, supporting esterification, polymerization and high-viscosity mixing during resin manufacturing.

Multiple agitator configurations, pressure grades and volume options are available. Titanium alloy material greatly improves service life in corrosive environment compared with ordinary steel vessels.

Complete sets with condenser, heat transfer oil furnace and auxiliary tanks can be provided to build integrated production lines.
