Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW3962V series 3.96mm pitch 180° Wafer Connector is vertical through-hole wire-to-board socket dedicated to stable signal and low-power electrical connection between wires and printed circuit boards. All manufacturing operations are strictly carried out in accordance with dimensional markings and tolerance standards on official engineering drawings. The insulating housing is crafted from Nylon 66 material meeting UL94V-2 flame retardant grade, delivering reliable insulation and outstanding temperature resistance. Conductive pins are brass finished with full tin plating to reduce contact resistance and resist surface oxidation effectively. This connector is rated 250V alternating and direct voltage with 7A rated current, featuring insulation resistance above 1000 megohms and 1500V one-minute dielectric withstand voltage, operating reliably within the temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. The series offers flexible pole options ranging from 2 pins to 20 pins with standardized unified dimensions for each specification.
