1. Product Overview

 

The CBZTC2 is a heavy-duty high-pressure external hydraulic gear pump developed by Changyuan Hydraulic (HCHC), specially engineered for rigorous mobile machinery hydraulic system. This hydraulic gear pump adopts high-strength ductile cast iron housing, paired with nitrided high-precision gear sets and DU self-lubricating bearing assembly. Equipped with floating side plate axial clearance compensation and full radial hydraulic balance structure, this model with C2 pressure grade features outstanding pressure resistance, anti-vibration performance and excellent contamination resistance. It can run stably under continuous heavy load and frequent pressure impact conditions. Widely used as main pressure supply pump and pilot pump for wheel loaders, compact excavators, municipal sanitation trucks, agricultural harvesters and stationary hydraulic power units. With standardized SAE diamond flange dimensions, it can fully replace original OEM pumps for aftermarket maintenance directly without modification.

3. Working Principle

 

Driven by the input shaft, two meshing gear groups rotate synchronously. Negative pressure forms in the suction cavity and draws hydraulic oil from the reservoir. Gear teeth convey hydraulic fluid to the pressure outlet and deliver pressurized oil to all branches of the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate axial wear clearance caused by long-term operation, greatly reducing internal leakage and enabling the hydraulic gear pump to maintain high efficiency even after thousands of working hours. The radial balance structure minimizes gear side load, extending the service life of bearings and gear components.

6. Common Faults & Replacement Suggestion

 

Replace the whole pump assembly if these problems occur: insufficient system pressure, slow movement of hydraulic actuators, oil leakage at shaft seal and mating surface, abnormal metal grinding noise inside pump body, obvious temperature rise caused by internal leakage.
