1. Product Overview
The CBTZTD series is a high-performance three-piece external hydraulic gear pump developed for mobile machinery hydraulic system. It adopts high-strength cast iron front and rear covers matched with precision nitrided gear pairs and lightweight alloy casing. Equipped with floating side plate axial compensation structure and DU self-lubricating sliding bearings, this hydraulic gear pump maintains high volumetric efficiency even under low-speed working conditions. The integrated design can be made as single pump or tandem dual pump version, widely used as main oil supply pump and steering pilot pump for compact loaders, sanitation sweepers, garbage trucks, agricultural harvesters and small engineering vehicles. With standard SAE diamond flange installation dimensions, it is fully interchangeable with original OEM pumps for direct replacement without pipeline modification .

3. Working Principle
Driven by the input shaft, the meshing gear set rotates synchronously. Negative pressure is formed in the suction cavity, drawing hydraulic oil from the reservoir. Gear teeth convey pressurized fluid to the pressure outlet and supply stable flow to each branch of the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate axial wear clearance caused by long-time operation, effectively reducing internal leakage and ensuring the hydraulic gear pump keeps high efficiency during continuous duty cycles . The DU sliding bearing reduces friction and extends service life under frequent load changes.

5. Application Range
