The 1500 tons per day full-automatic wet rendering production line, jointly built by Zhejiang Longyuan Sifang Machinery and Yuxiang, has officially started smooth and stable operation. This large-scale standardized production line marks a new milestone in high-efficiency aquatic and poultry raw material processing, showcasing our mature equipment manufacturing strength and reliable project delivery capability. Equipped with complete advanced wet processing technology, the production line supports diversified production of fish meal, refined fish oil, chicken meal, chicken rack meal and meat and bone meal. It covers the whole standardized process from raw material high-temperature sterilization, cooking and pressing, solid-liquid separation, centrifugal purification, vacuum evaporation to finished product drying and refining. The fully enclosed production mode effectively avoids material waste, improves oil extraction rate and protein retention rate, and meets international environmental protection and product quality standards. After official commissioning and operation, the equipment runs stably with high output and low energy consumption, fully meeting large-scale, continuous and industrialized production demands.
